What you need to know about unused tickets (now that everything has changed)

Tracking and processing unused tickets was long regarded as a manual, clunky experience. Reporting on those tickets became an Achilles’ heel: while travel managers could easily view and manage individual unused tickets, analyzing the funds across a travel program was nearly impossible.

Without real-time, consolidated reporting, travel managers are often forced to manually track unused tickets using spreadsheets and then rely on travelers to call airlines to make use of waivers. It was time consuming and became a barrier to actually using credits.
